Location of your Problem: 408 S S. Jordan Details: Our neighbors have failed to use their trash cans which are laying beside the trash bags that sit next to their side door. We have a window that faces their side porch where they put their trash bags. On multiple occasions we have seen 1-3 rats rummaging through their garbage. The properties at 2000 East Atwater and 400 S. High (corner of High and Atwater) have not cleared their sidewalks of snow. Please see if the folks who live there can take care of the problem. Thanks. Tim Mayer
