Case Date:

Location of your Problem: 1215 S. Grant Details: I want to file a complaint about my neighbors at 1215 S Grant St, Bloomington, 47401. Bags of waste regularly accumulate on their front porch and around the yard and are never tagged and removed on garbage days. The property is owned by a landlord whose name I don't know. Several bags are present on the porch and around the property currently.

Case Date:

Location of your Problem: 1211 E Elliston Drive Details: This property appears to have transitioned to a residential rental in a primarily single family residential neighborhood. Normally not a problem, however, on a regular basis there are upwards of 7 to 10 cars parked in and around this property. Often they are parked facing the opposite direction of traffic and one truck appears to be a trash dump for the property. Please look into this and confirm if A) this is a legal occupancy per HAND, B) is the parking of so many vehicles permitted?, C) Are there any solid waste concerns for storing a property's trash in a truck on the street? We waited to see if it was a short term issue, but it seems to be a permanent issue. Contact Info Name: Prefer to Remain Anonymous
