Neighborlink Report Location of your Problem: 3603 S Kingsbury Ave Details: There is a house on our street, S Kingsbury Ave, that has been empty since November 2009 when the owner, Phyllis Phillips died. Different people from the neighborhood have mowed the front area from time to time. The house has several dead trees that need to be removed, lots of limbs and just recently a large part of the tree in the front yard came down in the winds and is still there. It makes the neighborhood look bad. We are hoping you will be able to help get our street looking good again! The address of the house is 3603 S Kingsbury Ave. It is on the corner of Allendale and Kingsbury. As you turn onto Kingsbury it is the first house on the left. The house at 3864 S. Bainbridge Dr. is in desperate need of attention. The grass is a foot or better tall and everything is becoming overgrown. We know the city had it done last year, and we thought since the situation with the property hasn't changed that it would be on your radar to check and keep it mowed and trimmed until the situation is resolved.
