There is a fence down on the Atwater side of this home. It's a mess in a highly traveled area. Thought I'd send it your way for your staff to address. There is a growing pile of garbage behind and alongside the house of 501 S. Mitchell. This adjoins a walkway that links two parts of Hunter Ave and it's just above a waterway that feeds into Jordan River. Reporter is concerned about rats and other sanitation issues that could occur if left untreated.
