The tenants at this address recently moved out. They have left trash on the front porch that is rotting and leaking everywhere. She has also left items at the back garage as well. They are worried about rodents.

The roof still has a tarp on it, weeds in the yard are at least a foot high, the property has not been occupied or maintained for 3 years or so. DORIS SENT THIS TO ME. FOLLOW UP WITH HER.

There is a problem with high weeds and trash at 2421 S. Bryan St. Mr. Price emailed the Ombudsman to report that he has went to this address and cleaned it up himself because it was such an eyesore. I told him to contact the HAND Dept. He also stated that homeless people were living in the abandoned trailer and old shed on the property. I ask him to contact the Bloomington Police Dept.
