More than half of the sidewalk on the northwest corner of 1st & Henderson (Henderson Street side) is overgrown with plants/bushes/weeds. You can not navigate a wheelchair or have 2 people walk side by side.

I have a copy of the ordinance for our neighborhood (found in plat book 7, page 99). The ordinance states that "Every dwelling shall have a ...driveway... All residents are to park off the street on these drives..." Two of my neighbors regularly park thier cars on the street. House 1821 parks one of their cars on the street, and house 1824 parks 2 cars on the street. This is becoming an issue because snow plows cannot clear snow effectively and the trash trucks need to pull back and forth multiple times to turn around in the cul-de-sac. Despite previous warnings from city staff, there continue to be cars parked in the front yard. Tonight, one car in the yard and one car blocking the sidewalk. We also have photo from 6/14 of a car parked in the yard.
