Dear HAND. The house on the corner of Atwater and High Street (316) has several large bags with trash on the front porch. They have been there for weeks. The properties at 2000 East Atwater and 400 S. High (corner of High and Atwater) have not cleared their sidewalks of snow. Please see if the folks who live there can take care of the problem. Thanks. Tim Mayer
