Normally not a problem, however, on a regular basis there are upwards of 7 to 10 cars parked in and around this property. Often they are parked facing the opposite direction of traffic and one truck appears to be a trash dump for the property. Please look into this and confirm if A) this is a legal occupancy per HAND, B) is the parking of so many vehicles permitted?, C) Are there any solid waste concerns for storing a property's trash in a truck on the street? Location of your Problem: 1215 S. Grant Details: I want to file a complaint about my neighbors at 1215 S Grant St, Bloomington, 47401. Bags of waste regularly accumulate on their front porch and around the yard and are never tagged and removed on garbage days. The property is owned by a landlord whose name I don't know. Several bags are present on the porch and around the property currently.
Like many others in my neighborhood, I have had items stolen from my (unlocked) car this summer. In particular an empty Ray Ban sunglasses case, and a cheap GSP system ($100). I noticed the items were missing about July 7.
Despite previous warnings from city staff, there continue to be cars parked in the front yard. Tonight, one car in the yard and one car blocking the sidewalk. We also have photo from 6/14 of a car parked in the yard.
