It is impossible to continue to walk on E. Second just past the wooden foot bridge, going towards the intersection of High and Second, because of these branches. This may be in between 2 houses, possibly the continuation of Clifton, making it the city's responsibility. Thanks, Stella Hooker-Haase 333-7006
yard at property has excessive trash in back yard, accessible from alley running behind property.
Sycamore Neighborhood indicated concerns with this property. Resource Specialist Presslaff indicated the property being vacant but several unlocked and opened doors.
4 mattresses and trash on side of house
The roof still has a tarp on it, weeds in the yard are at least a foot high, the property has not been occupied or maintained for 3 years or so. DORIS SENT THIS TO ME. FOLLOW UP WITH HER.

Jamie Morris, property mgr, is making a complaint on the tenants. trash on back deck and sometimes on the front sidewalk. mgr. has warned tenants.
