Dear Sir or Madam: My wife and I own Shean Properties Ltd. and the property at 1114 North College Avenue in Bloomington. Directly to the north of our building is 1116 North College Avenue which is owned by Robert Grabbe. His home has been a mess since we acquired this property in 1994. I believe that Mr. Grabbe has abandoned the building. The postal carrier has told us that homeless people are living inside. The lawn has not been cut in months and I haven’t seen Mr. Grabbe in 3 months. It is time for the City to exercise its authority under the Unsafe Building Law and remedy this situation. At the very least the grass should be cut and the broken windows boarded up. Thanks, John John H. Shean, Esq. SHEAN LAW OFFICES, P.C. 1114 N. On the SE side of Grant and Kirkwood, one of the plastic around one of those green pipes is cracked and the dried looking gorilla glue inside is showing. I think we even fixed this same one last fall.
The intersection of Grant and Kirkwood, bricks missing on the SW corner near the road.
Trash piled up in front of the green house.
Couple of growing potholes on north bound N. Monroe near 14th St. Thanks
