Received email from the planning dept. The uncontainered trash bags around the back wall of 809 S. Fess are an increasing nuisance on our block. When I complain to the students, they clean up the alley a bit but do not put out their trash weekly. The raccoons, rats, ect. get into it and carry bits of garbage around the back alley, where my toddler and I like to walk. This week is a typical example of what is lying around back there. tenants at this house leave their trash out in the backyard for weeks at a time without trash cans. this has caused a rodent problem.
Mr. Troxall sent an email that stated that the NW corner of the intersection of E. Hillside Drive & L. Longwood Drive that has a large amount of vegetative overgrowth from lawn that covers sidewalk.
North side of 1st Street in the 2000 and 2100 blocks (Clifton, High are cross-streets acc. to GIS).
Yard needs cut.

ice and snow on sidewalk "The attached picture was taken at the corner of Hawthorne and Atwater today (near the bus stop there, which is a high-traffic area) around 4:00 this afternoon (February 3rd), well over 24 hours after the last precipitation fell."
The properties at 2000 East Atwater and 400 S. High (corner of High and Atwater) have not cleared their sidewalks of snow. Please see if the folks who live there can take care of the problem. Thanks. Tim Mayer
