woman dumps garbage out kitchen window, towards back end of house, says it's compost: consists of eggs, pizza, dinner rolls,tomatoes, sandwiches, burritoes, just plain garbage. Attracts bugs, animals, etc.Complaint in rental file.

Dumpster is consistently over flowing with trash, it is uncovered and reeks.
Mr. and Mrs. Butcher received a trash violation at their address (1101), but they say that the trash is in the alley and it is from another house (1119) that is occupied by students who do not clean up after themselves.
Received a trash violation for scattered litter and a couch left at the curb. Apparently the real estate manager said there is a private contractor taking care of the trash. The city of Bloomington shouldnt be picking up the trash and he wants his money refunded.
