He said that traffic has backed him up for 30+ minutes and had he known this street was under construction, he would not have taken it. Requesting appropriate signs to be put out beyond the construction sight itself

A resident called stating that she went to the street department, who told her to go to P&T, who told her to go to the county, who told her to go to the city. Asking about this stretch of road and when it will be reopened.

The trash is overflowing and the sidewalk along Walnut Street Pike and the grass/street have debris everywhere. The City sidewalk on Walnut Street Pike is getting overgrown with landscape and the trash added makes it feel very unsafe for pedestrians.
