Tim Meyer complaint regarding Java Stop temp signs in ROW without a permit.
numerous trash cans in front of house all the time. also has a private hauler
mold around windows, in the bathroom and in a closet near the kitchen. 2 missing window screens.
Several vehicles parked in the grass on this site.

I drove by yesterday and it looks like the trash that had been strewn on the front driveway has been moved to the north side of the house and covered with tarp.
