The house at 3864 S. Bainbridge Dr. is in desperate need of attention. The grass is a foot or better tall and everything is becoming overgrown. We know the city had it done last year, and we thought since the situation with the property hasn't changed that it would be on your radar to check and keep it mowed and trimmed until the situation is resolved.
Citizen email through our web site and stated that the N/E corner which is a vacant lot next to 702 W. Gourley Pike is overgrown and is also a line of sight issue
"Will you please let an Officer know that at 403 N. Walnut on the south side of the building, bushes are growing over the sidewalk making it difficult to pass. They need a warning ticket and follow up. Thanks!! Susie"
Grass has not been moved. Caller also stated that the lawns of 2 other houses along Clark Street have not been mowed.
North east corner of the Gourley Pike & Cascade Avenue intersection has a high weed problem that creates visibility issues.
Neighbors have not mown their grass once this year, so consequently the grass is now 2.5 feet tall.
