NW corner 1st and Henderson. A very large and very dead maple tree hangs over sidewalk and street. Neighbors are very concerned about falling dead limbs or possibly the entire tree given we are headed into the windy/icy/snow season.
AN E-MAIL COMPLAINT WAS RECEIVED IN THE UTILITIES DEPT. STATING THAT THE STREET LIGHTS AT 7TH & ROGERS WERE NOT OPERATING AND HAVE NOT BEEN OPERATING FOR OVER 2 WEEKS. THIS COMPLAINT WAS REFERRED TO THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPT.
Masonry pillars supporting roof and second floor balcony have recently shifted and are leaning.
Mr. Nordloh sent a departmental email to the Public Works Department regarding Insight's recent rate increase. Please refer to the attached email.
Citizen filed complaint concerning the forced installation of digital services and now is paying 20% more for something she never wanted. Citizen stated she was not told about the rate increase when the digital service was installed.

the bushes at the southeast corner on the property have become so over grown that they are causing a line of sight problem when pulling onto Rogers from Prospect.
This may not be the exact address but close. A neighbor on E. Poplar Ct. has been piling up yard waste (branches) in the city easement just east on E. Rogers.
