He wanted to emphasize that this area has been patched nearly every year for the past 5 years, and the patching crumbles and is worn away within weeks. Resident reports significant levels of mud and debris in the cul-de-sac in front of her house, further states that the road surface is significantly damaged multiple feet away from the curb.

Constituent called to report a pothole in the crosswalk just south of Child's Elementary School. He was walking his kid to school and twisted his ankle. He asked that it be filled as soon as you can so that someone else isn't injured.
Asphalt is falling in around storm drain and needs sidewalk repaired.
The sidewalk in front of the first tree to the east of this address is raised up a few inches, creating a tripping hazard.
On the south east corner of E Allen St and S Washington St (E Allen St side) there is a metal sign post within the sidewalk that has been broken off at the base and it's a safety hazard.
