Complaint of traffic light timing on W. 3rd St. between College Ave. and Rogers St. When busy, the timing of lights only allows very few cars to go at all due to backup caused by the alternating green/red of every other light. Not sure if there's anything that can be done about this issue.

Terra Trace has scraped the parking lot but not any of the sidewalks. Also Dunn and Lincoln are still covered
17th and Walnut. The May Agency and Hallmark Rental have cleared there parking lot and put it on the sidewalk.
