Friday/Missed pick-up/trash: Trash has not been picked up since Thanksgiving week. The cans are stickered. She has problem with her recyclables getting picked up. This time stickers were off cans but thery were not emptied. No notice was left.
Jason & or Dirk/ Could you please check on this for me She says that it is stickered. If there is a problem let me know & I will cal her Lisa. Other/trash: Resident states that the trash has been missed for the last several weeks - I could find no notices that have been left .

Missed pick-up/recycling: Resident states that he was left a notice stating that he's recyling was not sorted, resident insists that his was properly sorted. He states that his beighbors bin was next to his & that theirs was not sorted.
on the alley way north of 1514 S. Maxwell there are trash bags that are open all over the alley.

Crews left a notice can exceeded 45 gal. Kristen was very upset and had a few choice words to say about the crews and our program. Very adamant the crews came back today and pick it up. I explained that she could break the trash down into 2 bags and sticker both and they would come back. She talked with Sanitation Director and Ass't PW Director who told her the same. She was told this would be a courtesy pickup this one time.
