Barbara Daniels called to inform us that the intersection of Third and Walker is obstructed by large shrubs, trees, and a tall fence that make it unable for motorists to see to get onto Third. She wasn't sure of the private residence's address, but wanted the City to do something about it.

On 1/4 3 young black men came by her house to visit her son. When they reached front of house & stopped, ofcr pulled behind them w/ lights telling her it was a "routine traffic stop." Ofcr. called for 3 backups which she thought was unnecessary and ridiculous. When she inquired w/ the ofcr. she was rudely dismissed. She thinks they were harassed & pulled over b/c they were black and is unhappy w/ the way she/others were treated. Talked to stf. srgnt. on 1/4 @ 7pm. Is calling B. McKinney.
This is a Habitat for Humanity house. They leave their trash cans out all the time. It is very unsightely.
A trampoline has been placed in the public ROW between the street and sidewalk. This is a hazard to drivers as well as people using the trampoline.
