Call about a number of houses along Joy and Jed Streets. Yards have not been mowed, including back yards which are visible from the street. Also yard has tarp on lawn killing grass (not sure if that is allowed)

Mattresses outside. Property owner scheduled sanitation to pick up, but due to condition of mattresses, it was stated they are not going to touch them.
Property is overgrown and pulling off of Ford Ave to Ralston is dangerous. Caller stated they complain about this every year.

Trash and junk all over front and back yard. Door kicked in most of the time, needles in yard. Entered for title 6 trash and junk for HAND. Possible unsafe. Will contact Health department for needles.
