Trash on the back side of the property. Can be seen from the alley along the south side.
There is an aaley here ( behind 511 S. Madison) The caller thinks that the trash in the alley may be coming from the apartments ( or house) behind the buiding. The caller couldn't give me a specific address.
Residents continually leave their trash cans out.
Residents do not remove trash cans after trash pick up on Tuesday a.m. This is Friday and the cans are still there.
