The residents of 324 S. Madison put their trash cans in front of 320 blocking her driveway. The cans are full of water and trash and weigh approximately 150 lbs a piece. Dirk stated that there is also trash behind the garage and down the alleyway at this address. 320 is located at the corner of Prospect and Madison. The owner of 320 is disabled and tried to talk to the people at 324 S. Madison but they would not speak to her. Dirk knocked on the door but no one answered.

A citizen called in to complain that the owner of a property located at the N/E corner of W. 5th & Fairview Street has not mowed the grass. The grass in the back yard is very tall.
