Admits it's in plastic bags but can't understand why the pizza boxes haven't been taken -and more-explained the no bags rule - still was unhappy with service.

other/recycling: she says that she is a special pickup because she is handicapped we have been picking her bins up near the garage but did not do it this am. we cannot find her on our flagstop list does she need to be added?
