Mr. Swartz lives at 1000 W. Countryside Lane and he stated that 4 properties along Countryside have not mowed the lawns and the grass is very tall.

Lots were bushhogged in the 1000 block of Countryside Lane, but weeds were not cut across the road from 1019 Countryside Lane.
The entire 1000 Block of W. Countryside Lane has several unmowed vacant lots. This is an ongoing problem every year.
THERE ARE TALL WEEDS & GRASS SURROUNDING THE ENTIRE HOUSE. THEY ARE ALSO GROWING ALONG THE ALLEY WAY.
TASTE IN WATER
MR ELLIOTT IS CONCERNED THAT THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE SEWER MAIN WAS NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY AND THAT EACH TIME CBU DOES ROUTINE SEWER CLEANING OF THE MAIN, HE EXPERIENCES A SEWER BACKUP.
Refrigerator in the back yard and house needs painted badly. Also, car pulling across sidewalk and parking in yard. Also over-occupancy complaint & unregistered rental complaint.
THERE IS A LARGE CONSTRUCTION DUMPSTER IN THE SIDE YARD OF THE PROPERTY. IT FACES 1ST STREET. THE TRASH IS NOT OVERFLOWING HOWEVER, THE TRASH IN IT IS HAS BEEN THERE SINCE LAST SUMMER.
Trash has been sitting out for 3-weeks.
