Resident collecting junk, ie cars, freezers, frigs, etc. in the back yard by the alley. He brings junk into the yard via semi truck. He has been digging a foundation against the house; possibly for more storage. Front porch full of junk too.
There is trash sitting out without any stickers.

Actual problem is at the corner of Atwater and Hawthorne. Complaintant states that there is a large hedge blocking the view of the road. He almost had an accident there. Line of site problem with the hedge
Ken, Missed pick-up/yard waste: The yard waste was put out on Sunday night and still has not been picked up She called on Tuesday as well.
The northwest corner of this intersection has shrubs that are too high and too close to the sidewalk. South bound traffic on Hawthorne cannot see to the west to enter into the intersection safely.
The dumpster is always overflowing and there is trash all over the street and blowing into peoples yards.
Other/trash: Trash wasn't stickered this morning. Notice was left. It is now stickered.
Missed pick-up/yard waste
tenants keep piling trash behind the house. You will have to drive down the alley to see this.
