The northwest corner of this intersection has shrubs that are too high and too close to the sidewalk. South bound traffic on Hawthorne cannot see to the west to enter into the intersection safely.

tenants keep piling trash behind the house. You will have to drive down the alley to see this.

Mr. Impey says that there was water coming up from the street which was the result of poor drainage from the Deer Park development.
Missed pick-up/yard waste: He had some bundled branches that were stickered and in the correct dimensions. They were not picked up. ( Monday trash-day)

Citizen called in regarding weeds and overgrown brush at the south east corner of Southdowns and Hawthorn. Citizen stated that it makes it difficult to see when exiting Hawthorn street.
