Yard has not been mowed all year; house vacant and in very bad shape with holes in the roof, etc.
Grass is too high.
Complaintant states that the grass has not been mowed all summer and the grass is over a foot tall.
Ms Cervone stated that the roof leaks and is coming down in her daugthers bedroom and other parts of the house, electrical wiring is not safe, sewer backs up, garage door has fallen down which she has had to secure, receptacles not working in her bedroom.

THe grass needs cut.
Owner of property removed one junk vehicle and replaced with another vehicle with broken windows.
High grass. The weeds are now growing into the neighbors yard. A car is parked in the driveway with expired plates. The plates expired 4 years ago.
Neighbor said grass is at least a foot tall -- house is vacant. She said owner owns other property in neighborhood and is not mowing them either. She also said same owner is running a "car dealership" out of one house in neighborhood.
