Vehicles (at least two) sitting on the street with expired license plates (1995). Another vehicle parked on the lawn. Owner is Jeffrey Onkst. Ms. Vernon is concerned and upset that Mr. Onkst's rental properties in the Fritz Terrace Addition are all very unkept, running down the neighborhood and decreasing property value in the area.
The garbage has been left out uncollected for the 2nd week. There are five filled garbage cans in front of the garage.
Trash outside of house, bags all over front porch & yard, dogs have scattered.
Grass is close to a foot tall. This is an abandoned home.

Brush pile. Citizen thinks this address should be ticketed everyday until brush pile is gone.
Junk cars in yard and brush pile in yard. Citizen stated that this has been going on for years and other neighbors have called several times.
There is high grass and trash everywhere. There is also a gas can sitting beside the road.
