During the heavy winds this week, there were some trees down at Rhorer and Snoddy. A city crew picked this debris out of the road and placed it into the yard of 4025 S. Gran Haven Dr. Caller understands that he is not annexed into the city, however the debris was moved from City property to this non-annexed yard. Mr. Hill said he had too much recycling for his two allotted recycling bins. He sorted all his recycling and puts the rest of it into two black bags to recycle. However, they were not picked up.

Frustrated that her recycling wasn't picked up again today -- said her service has been spotty, repeatedly -- and she's called twice today requesting that it be picked up and has had no response.
