Officer Eric Dunn from the Indiana State Police called in and stated that the sidewalk next to BRI'S property on the west side of the street just north of the RR tracks is very overgrown with vegetation.

Several of the sidewalks in the 400 block of west 6th Street have not been cleared to snow and ice.
Snow has not been cleared around the public library.
Several houses have not cleared the snow/ice from the sidewalks on Allendale from Bainbridge to Winslow.

Tenant says parking lot and grassy areas have trash scattered all over. Large chunks glass from a broken window in front of units 5,6, 13 & 14. Much is now covered by snow, but can see glass if you get out of vehicle (be careful where you park). Tenant reported problem to landlord, but he said it is not his problem.
The sidewalks at the 300 block of S. Wahington (old master rental bldg) have not been cleared since the last snow. (seven days ago)
1500 to 1600 southside of Atwater, 300 Swain (west side), Hunter Ave foot path (between Mitchell & Eastside), 400 to 500 Eastside, all sidewalks still covered with snow and can not be walked on
