There is poision ivy growing around the bench and this property is open to the public the caller said. Poision ivy along the sidewalk as well.

This lot backs up to Acuff Road. The resident called to say there is brush, old fencing and some debris on the backside of 1150 W. Sugarberry Court (the area near the sidewalk and Acuff Road) that needs to be cleaned up. He thinks the lot is still owned by the developer.
