The sidewalk that runs alongside the backside of IU's building is very hazardous. The sidewalks are clear in front of City Hall and CFC until you reach IU's section. There is a very small path cleared on a portion but it is complete ice underneath, then there are portions of the sidewalk that you cannot cross.

This lot backs up to Acuff Road. The resident called to say there is brush, old fencing and some debris on the backside of 1150 W. Sugarberry Court (the area near the sidewalk and Acuff Road) that needs to be cleaned up. He thinks the lot is still owned by the developer.
