Dumpster everyday overflows with trash and has debris scattered around dumpster, including rotting food and hypodermic needles. Area requires being picked up daily. Monroe County Health informed caller that he needed to speak with HAND. If problem unresolved, caller will contact us again.

Trash and junk all over front and back yard. Door kicked in most of the time, needles in yard. Entered for title 6 trash and junk for HAND. Possible unsafe. Will contact Health department for needles.
called Rhea in Sanitation, transferred to us; KL area, called to complain two weeks ago, nobody entered complaint, trash from bins left out, spreading throughout neighborhood
Japanese knotweed (or other invasive species) growing on fence in front of house and on property line fence b/t 2421 & 2429.
