THIS PROPERTY IS BORDERED BY TWO ALLEYS. SHE IS CONCERNED WITH THE MADISON/MORTEN SIDE..SHE USES THIS ALLEY TO GET TO THE STREET. OVERGROWTH OF BUSHES ETC INTO ALLEY DOES NOT ALLOW FOR CLEAR PASSAGE.
