Complaint of traffic light timing on W. 3rd St. between College Ave. and Rogers St. When busy, the timing of lights only allows very few cars to go at all due to backup caused by the alternating green/red of every other light. Not sure if there's anything that can be done about this issue.

Clark Miller 334-1129, 2748 E Elderberry was told when the Sare/Rogers roundabout went in that the City's ROW adjacent to his property would be maintain by the City. He says that is not happening and now the area is very overgrown. It is like this with several other properties in the area as well.
