ZANE COOK (337-5346-PAGER #) CALLED RE. THE RENTER AT THIS ADDRESS. MR. COOK DID NOT KNOW THE RENTER'S NAME. THE RENTER CALLED HIM AND STATED THAT HIS WATER TASTED LIKE SEWAGE AND HAD SINCE 2/20/97.

KAI ROBERTS CALLED ON 1/17/97 TO COMPLAIN OF AN ODD TASTE TO HER WATER. THE WATER IS ALSO SLIGHTLY DISCOLORED. THE APT. MANAGEMENT PUT IN A NEW REGULATOR ABOUT A WEEK BEFORE 1/17/97. CALL WAS TAKEN BY SHEILA McGLOTHLIN AND FAXED TO DILLMAN LAB FOR A TEST.
Customer complained of flakes or particles in her water for about 1 month and requested that her water be tested.
Customer called to complain that her water has tasted "moldy" for 5 to 6 months. The water is also cloudy. Customer states that all her neighbors have the same problem.
Customer complained that her water tastes bad and thnks it is making her sick. Customer would like her water tested.
Ms. Noel called on 12/11/96 at 2:20 p.m. to complain that her water had a dark yellowish color. She noticed no odor but did not taste the water to see if it tasted peculiar.
Customer stated there is an excessive smell and taste of chlorine in drinking water. He is allergic to chlorine and would like to have water tested for chlorine level.
