Intersection of 17th & Lincoln (southside she believes) there are tree limbs hanging down into the sidewalk and blocking view for pulling out onto street. Believes tree belongs to apartment complex.
Taco Bell plowed their parking lot and dumped all the snow onto the sidewalks surrounding their building. People are walking in the streets.

During the last storm part of a tree on this property fell across the sidewalk and has not been moved. Students are having to walk out in the street to get around it.
