TOM GOLDMAN LOOKED AT THE AREA AND CONFIRMED THIS. THIS WAS NOT PART OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS APPROVAL FOR THE IRISH LION FOR THEIR OUTDOOR DINING (SEE ATTACHED DRAWINGS & APPROVAL). DOES THE OWNER NEED TO BE SENT NOTICE TO MAINTAIN THE SIDEWALK IN FRONT OF THIS BUSINESS? PLEASE LET US KNOW.
