Grass is so high, in the field on the west side of Pete Ellis Dr., you can't walk on the sidewalk, also mud from a utility project makes walking difficult.

Residents at the NE corner of N. Washington St. and 10th Street are leaving their trash and recycables on the sidewalk on the north Washington street side.
SHRUBS OVERHANGING SIDEWALK. REPORTED TO TRAFFIC BY CITIZEN.
On 9th Street between College Avenue & Morton Street, the sidewalk is overgrown with poison ivy.
