Kids on Pinewood Dr. have a movable basketball goal which they set up on sidewalk or yard and play in the street. They block the street at night and cause problems for drivers.

the houses on the north side of the 400 block of west 4th are looking run down and a mess. the yards look unkept, there is litter in the front and back yards and there is overgrowth on the sidewalk. the sidewalk south of Owens Electric is nothing more than a cow path.

the sidewalk next to Owens Electric, on the 4th St. side is in terrible condition. it is dangerous for peds. A wheel chair cannot navigate this sidewalk at all.

This lot backs up to Acuff Road. The resident called to say there is brush, old fencing and some debris on the backside of 1150 W. Sugarberry Court (the area near the sidewalk and Acuff Road) that needs to be cleaned up. He thinks the lot is still owned by the developer.
