Complaint concerns road conditions durng the winter time: Ice and snow builds up across the road from thier house. The Highway Dept. did check this out and leveled off the road, now water runs down the road, passing through their driveway, causing the gravel to wash out of the driveway, leaving a ditch. They would like to know what steps to take to end this problem
Mr. Madsen called to express his concern about the efficiency of tax money on the sidewalk sweeper the City just purchased. He believes the City merchants should sweep their own sidewalks, and in the winter should shovel their own walks to better promote people to use the dowtown area. The owner states that the City was to install a sidewalk, now drainage problem.

OTHER/TRASH: HAS HER CAN CHAINED SO IT CAN'T BE STOLEN. SAYS CREWS ALWAYS LEAVE HER CAN IN THE STREET OR ON THE SIDEWALK ( NO TREE PLOT) WANTS THEM TO "TAKE ANOTHER 2 STEPS" & PLACE IT ON HER WALK SO IT DOESN'T BLOCK THE SIDEWALK.
Pet shop "Family Pets" is throwing dog feces and dog hair out onto the sidewalk and the parking lot.
