Mr. Price reports he has had 5 rats since neighbors have developed a habit of leaving trash on their back porch. There are 10 32-gal. black bags of trash on the back porch (can't see from the alley without getting out of the car); recycling on the front porch; snow and ice covered sidewalks.

Ms. Vent stated that there is an apartment complex at the corner of Dodds and Henderson as well as a rental property and the the cars are parking on both sides of the street Ms. Vent stated that is there are cars parked there you cannot see to pull out on Henderson Street and if there is a car waiting to pull out you cannot turn on to Dodds. Grass/Shrubs at 516 W. Dodds are growing out into sidewalk and blocking the path. Also the house across the street from 810 S. Rogers has a large gutter hanging off of the roof and is causing quite an eye sore.

Mr. Craig believes we own a portion of land located at Thompson Park Dr & Country Side Ln. There are mulberry limbs on sidewalk. Trimmed tree with stacked limbs. He says we need to pick them up.
