Mr. Price reports he has had 5 rats since neighbors have developed a habit of leaving trash on their back porch. There are 10 32-gal. black bags of trash on the back porch (can't see from the alley without getting out of the car); recycling on the front porch; snow and ice covered sidewalks.

Ms. Vent stated that there is an apartment complex at the corner of Dodds and Henderson as well as a rental property and the the cars are parking on both sides of the street Ms. Vent stated that is there are cars parked there you cannot see to pull out on Henderson Street and if there is a car waiting to pull out you cannot turn on to Dodds.
