Neighbor is complaining about the rumpke dumpster that has been out in the front of this house for weeks now. They have also put the hot water heater out on the sidewalk and it has been there for 2 weeks.
The trash bins are left out on the grass right next to the sidewalk. There are rats running around this area. She has seen 2 one morning.
There is trash and broken glass in the street and on the sidewalk in front of the properties at 520-523 S. Park.

Ms. Becker called to complain that a section of sidewalk on Sare Road between East Rogers Road and Sheerwood Christin Church's drive was caked with mud. I asked Asst.
