The empty lot next to 900 W. 8th Street has overgrown onto the sidewalk. The trees/brush have basically blocked the sidewalk causing pedestrians to walk in the grass plot next to the street. The area is a pedestrian hazard.
Ms. Vent stated that there is an apartment complex at the corner of Dodds and Henderson as well as a rental property and the the cars are parking on both sides of the street Ms. Vent stated that is there are cars parked there you cannot see to pull out on Henderson Street and if there is a car waiting to pull out you cannot turn on to Dodds. Received complaint from 74-year old lady that Bloomington Housing Authority will not clear the sidewalks of ice and snow.
Tripped over sunken in sidewalk, with pieces 3-4 inches stickign up out of sidewalk. Located in front of the Habitat for Humanity ReStore.
