The northwest corner of this intersection has shrubs that are too high and too close to the sidewalk. South bound traffic on Hawthorne cannot see to the west to enter into the intersection safely.
Citizen states that the trash cans are left on the sidewalk all of the time and that trash is often scattered.

The entire peppergrass addition has not had the sidewalks cleared of snow.
Other/Trash: Area between curb and sidewalk (green plat) stop driving over! Garden planted there under snow - also stop throwing cans/bins.
In front of Oscos & Mr. D's there is snow & ice on the sidewalk. Students have to walk in the street.
Mr. Levy stated that the sidewalks in front of the above property has not been cleared of snow and ice and its creating a hazardous situation for pedestrians.
MR. LEVY STATED THAT IN FRONT OF THE ABOVE ADDRESS THAT SNOW AND ICE HAD NOT BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SIDEWALKS THUS CREATING A HAZARDOUS SITUATION FOR PEDESTRIANS.
