Trash in back yard of 2503 and 2507 Milton Dr. Also at the back of 512 W. Ralston Dr. 14' long 4' high grass clippings piled.
Citizen stated that trash is always piled up around the house all of the time. H.A.N.D. has come out several times and the problem is solved for a short time and then they start piling it up again.
There is trash piled up against the house and inside the house. The trash has been here for over a year and a half.
