There is a mobile home behind 2400 S. Madison the is not habitable. The porch is falling in and the white underpinning is falling off. The grass has been cut and the neigbor at 2400 S. Madison found a snake in her kitchen.
Mold, septic leak, sump pump overflow, nails in kitchen floor.

Trash in the back yard. It is now 6 feet high and in white bags.

The property is used as a daycare. There is trash on the side and front of the house.
