Larry/ Other/ trash: Was left a notice abot "need stickers on bag" sticker was attached to handle She has always done pickup this way. Sticker is on can wanted to know if policy changed?

A citizen called to report that there is trash at the second House on E. 1st St. just E. of Woodlawn.
This rental is on the corner of Hawthorne and University. Sanitation has been leaving notice that the trash is not tagged. Trash is piling up. The neighbor requests that someone be sent out ASAP as they do not want to look at this trash over Thanksgiving. Also have them pick up the underwear off the front walk.
