A citizen called to report that there is trash at the second House on E. 1st St. just E. of Woodlawn.

This rental is on the corner of Hawthorne and University. Sanitation has been leaving notice that the trash is not tagged. Trash is piling up. The neighbor requests that someone be sent out ASAP as they do not want to look at this trash over Thanksgiving. Also have them pick up the underwear off the front walk.
